[Q] When will my order ship?

We do our best to process orders on the same day they are submitted. However, we do ask for 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

[Q] Where can I check the Tracking Number?

The tracking of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with online tracking number and link will be sent to you.

[Q] How do I use A Discount Code?

If you have a discount coupon, when you go to “check out” page, you may find an option where you need to input the number, that’s how you use it. At the shopping cart, you can also apply it. input the code number and click "apply" button.

[Q] Need to change Something on My Order, How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once the parcel was processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.

[Q] Can I get More Information On A Product?

We try to publish as much useful info as we can about all our products, to help you buy the things that will suit you best. If there is anything further information you feel we need to put on there to help you, just let us know what information you'd like to see and we'll do our best to include it.

[Q] How Pre-Orders work?

Back-Order and Pre-order items will be shipped as they become available. We will ship out the items that we have in stock and once the pre-order items come in we will ship those out as they become available unless customer states otherwise. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, no additional charges will be made for the shipment of pre-order/back-order items.
