Shipping Info

For all of orders, we strive to process on the same day they are placed. The orders are shipped out daily from Monday through Friday. We cannot reserve orders unless they have been paid for.

ALL orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) cannot be guaranteed Same-Day Shipment.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your styles, feel free to contact our customer service agents. We will be more than glad to assist you on your return request.

We strongly advise all customers to review their goods upon delivery date. All return inquiries should be notified within 7 days of the arrival.

Return claims requested after 7 days may only be granted store credit, depending on the nature of the claim. Customers may be responsible for the return expenses. 

 

Exchanges & Refunds

1. All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.

2. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request must be approved before any order can be canceled.

3. No store credit is issued after 5 days of arrival date. (Absolutely no returns on special orders.)

4. Claims for any damage must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all items included.

5. Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and undeliverable packages.)

6. Orders not cancelled within 30 mins of purchase are subjected to charge a minimum of 10% restocking fee unless specified. (Non-Refundable Deposit)

7. No cancellation on special/private order.
